Your Role:

• Provide a warm and friendly welcome to guests.

• Take accurate orders, noting dietary requirements.

• Upsell menu items and promote daily specials.

• Serve food and drinks promptly with attention to presentation.

• Assist with food preparation as needed.

• Maintain a clean and organised dining area.

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.

• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality (essential).

• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong knowledge of our menu.

• Basic maths skills for handling payments.

• Friendly, customer-focused attitude.

• Team player with the ability to work independently.

• Availability for evening and weekend shifts.

• Fluent English (required).
